MUSCLE THERAPY:

Muscle Therapy or massage therapy combines long, slow pressured strokes designed to relax the muscles, allowing them to lengthen, improving blood flow.

NEUROMUSCULAR THERAPY:

Neuromuscular Therapy is a more succinct pressure method designed to release trigger points, or areas of tension, to improve blood flow and heal injuries. This is a deeper but more effective way to heal chronic or acute muscle pain.

ROLFING:

Rolfing is a technique for reordering the body to bring its major segments, head, shoulders, thorax, pelvis and legs toward a vertical alignment. It lengthens and balances the body so that bodyweight falls more appropriately on the legs and feet. Rolfing takes place in a series of ten sessions lasting 90 minutes and usually spaced a week or more apart. It proceeds from the surface of the body toward deeper levels and from the relief if specific local areas of concentration and displacement in their first seven sessions to the reorganization of the relationship between the major segments of the body in the last three.

THAI YOGA:

Thai yoga repertoire is a dynamic combination of myofascial stretching, joint mobilization, acupressure, energy balancing, rhythmic deep compression, soft tissue manipulation, assisted and Yoga asana - resulting in a powerful experience of applied Yoga Therapy. It is a unique and highly effective art of healing that becomes a powerful and transformational experience for the recipient as well as for the practitioner. The techniques are modified to meet the needs of the recipient and range from gentle rhythmic applications to deep tissue manipulation.

EAR CANDLING:

Ear Candling is not a new alternative therapy. Dating back to the year 2500 B.C. there is evidence showing that people used and were familiar with the practice of ear candling. Ancient cultures, including the Egyptians, made reference to its use. Parchment scrolls discovered in the Orient, also have described the procedure for ear candling. This simple and time-proven therapy can be very effective in removing old and troublesome blockages from the ear canal, without the use of solutions or probes.

Conditions that may benefit from Ear Candling: headaches, ear infections, excessive wax, ringing in the ears, plugged ears, hearing challenges, inner ear pressure, ear aches and pains, imbalance, chronic sinusitis.
